C&S PASTOR IN MONEY RITUAL MESS *Sentenced to Death by Hanging

The end time is here and as the Holy Book predicted, many false prophets are rising from the north, south, east and west. They are on the prowl looking for souls to do in. These days the stories one hears are enough to send shivers down the spine of even the doubting Thomases.

There is this case of a young Cherubim & Seraphim clergy called Pastor Michael who resides in Ilorin, Kwara State. According information at our disposal, Pastor Michael was managing a C&S Church located at Offa garage in Ilorin for the owner (names withheld). 

This evil pastor forgot that no matter the evil that one does, one day it will come in the open to haunt him. From what we were told, a young man who resides on the outskirts of Ilorin located Pastor Michael’s church in a bid to seek for spiritual help to his problems. After narrating all his travails to the young pastor, instead of Pastor Michael to support him in prayers, he sold to him the idea of performing money ritual. He instructed the man to look for a dead man’s skull; that if he succeeded in getting it he would use it perform all the necessary rituals known as ‘Eto’.

The man proceeded to his hometown, looked for a place to rent a shovel to use in digging a grave. At nightfall he went to a graveyard where he dug out a dead body, cut off the head and ran away with it, abandoning the shovel and the grave open, unknown to him that the owner’s name was marked somewhere on the shovel.

Luck, however, ran out on him when passers-by saw the shovel beside an open grave of the man who had been buried five years earlier. When they got closer, they discovered that his head had been cut off; they quickly raised an alarm, picked up the shovel and traced the name written on it to the house of the owner.  When confronted, the shovel owner denied knowledge of what the shovel was used for, but claimed that the only thing he was doing was renting out his implements to people.

He, however, told them how a young man came to rent the shovel from him. Meanwhile, the young man in question had gone back straight to Pastor Michael’s church in Ilorin to deliver the skull. Yet, when he entered his home town, some people who knew him had sighted him, and when the bubble burst, he was traced to Ilorin by some policemen where he was nabbed.

After series of interrogations, he confessed that a pastor who wanted to him perform money ritual instructed him to look for a dead man’s skull. The most interesting aspect of the whole story is the dead man whose head was cut off was the young man’s uncle.

He was asked to lead the police to the pastor’s church where Pastor Michael was arrested and charged to the Federal High Court, Ilorin for murder. Pastor Michael was sentenced to death by hanging.
