The Honorable Commissioner for Environment and Forestry, Otunba Taiwo Joseph (OTJ) as he is fondly call by his friends and fans together with the Permanent Secretary, Dr. Ezekiel Afolabi, the General Manager KWEPA, Oba Sunday Joseph Adefila, other Directors, Deputy Directors and Staff of both KWEPA and the Ministry of Environment and Forestry at the Kwara State House of Assembly to honour the invitation of the Chairman House Committee on Health and Environment Hon. Mohammed, to rob minds together as well as discuss way forward particularly on how to effectively discharge the official assignment with which everyone is saddled with.
