The 11th Edition of the soar – away NMNA is gradually gathering momentum, and it excitement is already in the air, attracting rave attention from all sectors of industries.
The all – embracing media practitioners event which debuted eleven years ago to recognize excellence and achievements by media practitioners (print, electronic/social media) in the baby of Solkem Entertainment to specifically celebrate media Excellence in Nigeria conceived 10 years ago with a view to carrying media practitioners along as an appreciation of their hitter to unrecognized contribution to the development and emancipation of the Nigerian nation. Now in it 11th year of successive outings, this edition promises to be a grander outing than the previous ones and nominations and nominees are already rolling in.
This year’s edition, ‘’ 11th Nigeria Media Nite – Out Award, 2017, has it theme: The Role of Media in combating the menace of kidnapping and security challenges in Nigerian nation. Now in it 11th year of successive outings, this edition promises to be a grander outing than the previous ones and nominations and nominees are already rolling in.
This year’s edition, ‘’ 11th Nigeria Media Nite – Out Award, 2017, has it theme: The Role of Media in combating the menace of kidnapping and security challenges in Nigeria’’, with former cp, frank. A Odita as the guest speaker. It will held be on Sunday, 2017 at the B-Event Hall at the Lagos Airport Hotel, Ikeja, Lagos starts from 3:00pm while Red Carpet commence in earnest from 2:00pm prompt.
Dignitaries from all walks of life, captains of industry, politicians, tip government functionaries, socialites and media group are, as visual, expected to grace the ever glamorous event.Nominees will be rolled out this week.
According to the organizing committee the event led by Shola olugbemiro, it is yet another opportunity for media practitioners to come under one umbrella to celebrate their own colleagues in an atmosphere of conviviality and jollity where entertainment and intellectual bantering will be at their best. We are again hoping to improve our media practitioners with those responsible, honest and diligent trait expected of them and to also provide that unique platform that will showcase their potential every year.
It is therefore our belief that you will in your own peculiar capacity give this year’s award the necessary assistance and patronage it seeks to engender. This in all sincerity will in your own little way give our gentlemen of the press,A genuine sense of belonging in our beloved country.
