- The Kwara State government has once again displayed its usual deception and lack of commitment to state workers welfare by unnecessarily staggering the dates of distribution of letters of promotion to Kwara State Teaching Service Commission(TESCOM) staff. To distribute just letter of promotion to TESCOM staff will take 50 good days by KWSG. The distribution of these letters would run from Friday 26th October 2018 to Friday 14th December 2018. This is being done by the government just to buy time by trying to draw the distribution of the letters closer to 2019 elections time.Just imagine ,the distributions of the letters would end by mid December 2018 and 2019 general elections would come up by February 2019. How many days are left after the distribution of these letters? But we do know Kwara States workers are not 'mumu'. These deceptions are being replicated in all sectors of the state like SUBEB , ALGON to mention but few.Does this show sign of seriousness on the part of the government of the state? Does the Kwara state workers deserved this ungodly treatment from the government they obediently served?Meanwhile, these workers are supposed to have gotten their letters of promotion and financial benefits since 2015, 2016 and 2017 in that order. Besides this, nothing has been said about financial backings to these letters of promotion. This is nothing but a tyrant oppression of state workers. We , however leave the rest to God. We implores the state workers to ensure the safety of their PVC. God be with us!.
