Technical and Vocational Education is one of the most important education sector that we must invest properly on and Governor Adegboyega Oyetola administration has been giving great attention to developing the sector.
The Cordinating Director of Osun Technical and Vocational College, Dr. (Mrs.) Moromoke Ramata Raji in an interview said that she believed that resources within Osun community should be recycled for the betterment of the residents. She’s convinced that Osun Technical College has the capacity to produce the best, hygienic face masks that our people need in this period of covid-19 pandemic.
"Osun Technical college believes in working together with the informal sector to ensure excellent delivery of the needed volume without compromising quality.
“We have our own capacity on ground and we also sought for best artisans in the state. We bring them together in a very hygienic environment to achieve our objectives.
“We share ideas together with the artisans to produce the face mask with the best materials available in the market and ensure it’s comfortable for the users” The Director said.
She thanked God and appreciated Governor Adegboyega Oyetola, his Deputy, Mr. Benedict Alabi for believing in the capability of the college. She also praised all other stakeholders for their support and trust that made the production a success.
Why she pledged that the college will continue to deliver on its primary purpose in vocational training, she prayed for more supports and encouragement from all for the college to be able to reach its full potentials.
