B-R-E-A-K-I-N-G: How GTBANK, Segun Agbaje Fails Nigeria Woefully amid covid-19 Social Distancing

GTBank!… Top Bank With Segun Agbaje As CEO Fails Woefully At Observing Rules Protecting Customers From COVID-19
Guaranty Trust Bank is one of the leading Banks in Nigeria.

And it has posted some endearing results since Segun Agbaje became the Chief Executive Officer.

GT Bank as the financial institution is called was one of the early – major – contributors to the fight against Covid-19 when it partnered Lagos State to put one the Isolation Centres in use.

But Guaranty Trust Bank and its management failed woefully on Monday, May 4, 2020, to protect its customers from the very same pandemic.

In spite the advanced warning and huge anticipation of what was to come, the visual from some of the branches of the bank revealed Guaranty Trust Bank would have endless boosted the spread of Covid-19 if any of the hundreds of customers that visited the place turned out positive.

All the keep safe rules vigorously campaigned for over one month since the raging fight against Covid-19 were thrown out of the window as shown by emerging visuals.

There was no physical distancing let alone  thee effect use of sanitizers.

A particular telling image came from the Idimu, Lagos branch.

A source claimed a similar scenario played out in Ogba, Lagos State.

In Sango, a source confirmed the branch along Idiroko was slightly better but physical distancing was a problem.

“For a top bank like GT Bank, this is really a disappointing especially because the management had all the time to plan against this and the bank is supposed to be at the forefront of the fight against Covid-19” a source pointed out.
