Being A Widow Is Not The End Of Your Life ~ Bunmmy Olu

If you are widow that read my post and still have entitlement mentality then we need to talk.
Bad things happen and it changes your life, no on
e prays to be a widow but when it happens, one needs to keep going.

Widowhood is a lonely walk but don't expect that people will understand. You will hear all sorts of comments from friends, family, in laws and people that don't know you. Most of these people are in secure. Don't expect everybody to hold your hand and sympathise. Most of them want you to remain miserable. When you are stagnant they will complain and  when you move forward, the complaining is overdose.

Yes, you needs people around to support you but more importantly, you're define your life, priorities, families, in laws and friends.

Dust yourself up,  whether its days, months, or years after loss.  Spend solitude time as a period of sober reflection.cry ,laugh,do whatever you need to do but don't dwell too long in the valley of hopelessness.
Design activities that will make you happy and busy. If you have too much time on your hands,go learn something new.

Being a widow is not the end of your  life.
It's a new chapter and certainly ,there is a shiny light at the end of the tunnel.

As for this widow Self love is the key.
