What Legacy Will President Buhari Put Behind?

INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION:;A BASE FOR ECONOMICAL UPLIFTMENT.
President Buhari should lay the foundation for cottage industrial growth n technical industrial incubator.
There is a wastage of the incomes n loans n even internally generated revenues through conduit pipes laid by the people incharge.The youths could be grouped together n empowered for the purpose of building cottage industries. Japan is an example.Even China started like this.Buhari should invest in the youths through technological incubation for this purpose.What legacy will he put behind?
