ABEOKUTA - The Ogun State Council of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) has warn the general public against given audience to a group of people now parading themselves as executives of the Federated Chapel of Ogun NUJ.
According to a release e-signed and made available to StarTrend Int'l magazine & www.startrendinternational.com by Omolola Adeyinka, Chairman, Caretaker Committee of Ogun NUJ, said, "This is to inform the general public that it has come to our notice that a group of people parading themselves are not the authentic executive members of Federated Chapel of Ogun NUJ."

INTRODUCTION OF RECOGNISED OGUN FEDERATED CHAPEL EXECUTIVES
This is to inform the general public that it has come to our notice that a group of people parading themselves as executives of the Federated Chapel of Ogun NUJ are not the authentic execo of the chapel.
The underlisted are the authentic executives of the Chapel, in an election witnessed by the leaders of the B Zone and the Ogun State Council, conducted in line with the constitution of the Union, article 6 Section 6.
We write to inform your good office to extend all the possible supports and courtesies to the listed names.
The new chapel executives are:
1. Comrade AbuSatar Idowu Hamed - Chairman
2. Comrade Juwon Opayemi - Vice Chairman
3. Comrade Adekunle Bolaji - Secretary
4. Comrade Michael Azeez Ogunsiji - Assistant Secretary
5. Comrade Akinola Akindele - Treasurer
6. Comrade Jaji Olamilekan - Auditor
Against this backdrop we urge you to disregard any other person or group of people outside the above names.
Please note that there is no legal or political issues preventing these set of people to function on behalf of the union.
In addition, anybody or group of people parading themselves as Executives of Federated Chapel aside above mentioned should be disregarded or asked to present letter of identification from Ogun State NUJ Council.
