How Last Friday Lagos Horrible Traffic Sent Popular Radio Presenter, Dapo Oshin To An Early Grave

Dapo Oshin's Last Moment

On Friday 16th of July 2021, he left home like every other person to anchor an event as the MC  at classic event center, oregun, ikeja, Lagos.

The event ended At about 5pm and the anchoring was over so he took a break to eat. That was when his wife noticed that his hand couldn't go up freely.

Within minutes his BP had risen and was seriously sweating, so he was rushed out of the event center at about 6pm to a nearby Bodet Medical and maternity center at 6 odewale street alausa ikeja, Lagos

But because of the heavy traffic they couldn't get there on time So they quickly branched at shoperite ikeja to buy some medicine based on prescription. Which help to stabilize him a little.

On getting to the hospital, they couldn't do much so he was referred to LASUTH.

Meanwhile, his elder brother who his also a medical Doctor had been contacted. And He also contacted a doctor at LASUTH.

But the traffic was just too much, several calls were placed to Lagos State ambulance service, but they couldn't help.  It took almost four hours to get to LASUTH from ikeja. When they eventually got to LASUTH, there was no bed space, so he was attended to in the car, they gave him drip and other medications Inside the car. His condition got a little better but he still couldn't talk, he later fell asleep.

He was to be taken to ICU but he didn't get there before he gave up at about 2:15am Saturday 17th of July, 2021.

As narrated by His beloved wife, Olori Ololade Oshin who was there to the last Minutes.

May His Soul Rest in peace.
