We applaud the courage and determination of the Senegalese people in standing up against anti-democratic forces and demanding a new era of democracy. Your rise to power serves as a beacon of hope and inspiration to the youths of Africa, including those in Nigeria.

We commend President Faye for his transparency in declaring his assets publicly, signaling a strong stance against corruption. We urge you to remain steadfast in your promised policies, principles, and ideology. Consistency and exemplary leadership are paramount in realizing the vision of a prosperous and self-reliant Senegal.

In your quest to fight imperialism and rebuild a fairer and egalitarian society, we encourage you to draw inspiration from the great examples of Thomas Sankara. His legacy of self-development and socio-political transformation serves as a guiding light for African leaders seeking true independence and growth.

The attention of an anonymous and a loyalist to Dr. Okafor has been drawn to plans by some elements of devil known as blackmailers whose their ring leader/master planner is that faded-away and forgotten harlot called actress Doris Ogala whose Instagram handle is dorisogala has been trying to extort and blackmail an innocent man of God. Dr. Chris Okafor with spurious allegations, and cooked up documents/statement on her social media handles.

 

It is a known fact as one rises, detractors will try to pull one down. But God says in the Holy Bible 

 "... they plot and plan, and  God too plans; but the best of planners is God."

This handsome yellow pawpaw small but mighty man of God Dr. Chris Okafor  has truly proven that indeed, a true man of God can work relentlessly and tirelessly, and any attempt to ridicule him will fail , as good will always triumph over evil.

The plans by harlot, dangerous and fraudulent Doris Ogala  and her increasing cohorts, will definitely fail, and Dr. Chris Okafor has not, and will not succumb to blackmail

Having listened to your Instagram show on Tuesday 2nd of April 2024 where Doris Ogala and her co-travellers alleged Dr.Chris Okafor collected money on her behalf via his account was a pathological lies emanating from the pit of hell as there was no element of truth in Doris purported claimed on her show.

As a matter of fact this nonsensical/madness must stop with immediate effect.

The same Doris Ogala who once and sometimes believed in the calling of the Man of God, or as she forgotten so quickly how the open-minded man of God whom she's pointing an accusing finger to Dr. Chris Okafor has helped/covered her shame? some years back when she dupped someone in far away America in which Dr. Okafor appealed also preached to her to desist and amend her way from defrauding people 

Guess you remember how Doris Ogala recently blackmailed Prophet Omoto Fufuye in which Dr. Chris Okafor warned her to amend her ways and stop blackmailing men of God instead of Doris Ogala to yielded to Okafor's privileged advice she turned a deaf-ear as she propelled the same war waging against an innocent man of God. I see this as a failed attempt to blackmail an easygoing award-winning man of God.

Failure to desist or any further attempts may lead to law sanctions as I demand an unreserved apology to the man of God which should be published inside two national daily newspaper as fast as possible, otherwise many of your hidden fraudulent act will be publish in part 2 of your scandalous Activities...

Easter Celebration: "All Christians Should Embrace Unending Love To Portray Christ" Olubunmi Ojo CEO DREAMFO INT'L

 

A London-based quintessential, resourceful, industrious and entrepreneur woman, Olubunmi Ojo the CEO/Founder of an international NGO known as DREAMFO INT'L, has sent greetings to Christians in the State and Nigeria as they join the world in the celebration of this year's Easter.

In an Easter message released by his media aide, Oluwaseun Fabiyi, this reserved and notable woman noted the divine love of God for mankind as confirmed by the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ which is celebrated by Christians all over the world at Easter.

Easter: Primate Ayodele Preaches Charity, Releases Seven-Point Prayer Agenda For Nigerians

 

The Leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele has urged Nigerians to embrace charity in commemoration of Easter celebration.

In a statement signed by his media aide, Osho Oluwatosin, Primate Ayodele called on Nigerians to emulate Jesus Christ who died for the sake of mankind by embracing each other and extending love without any form of discrimination and regard for differences.

He posited that Nigeria as a country is going through difficult times in terms of economy, security and administration, admonishing citizens to stay united, support one another and engage in charitable deeds in order to help the needy, downtrodden and less privileged.

‘’As we celebrate the death and resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ, I want to urge Nigerians to embrace each other regardless of our religion, ethnicity, tribe, languages and every form of differences. Jesus Christ died for mankind without any form of discrimination; likewise, we should emulate Him by extending love to everyone around us.’’

‘’As a country, we are going through difficult times; the prices of commodities have increased, we are still struggling with our economy, there is insecurity in some places, there is so much hardship in the land therefore, we need to stay united and support ourselves. Let those who have share with people that are lacking because we all need each other in this trying time.’’

Furthermore, Primate Ayodele expressed the need for citizens to pray for Nigeria and political leaders in the country for divine intervention into the nation’s affairs. He mentioned seven areas God has directed the citizens to pray about for the success of the current administration.

‘’The government of the country needs our help as citizens; let’s seize the celebration of Easter to pray for our leaders because the state of the nation needs divine intervention. Every religion should come together to pray for our country; we need to ask God to help us out of the situation we have found ourselves.’’

‘’Also, what God is directing us to pray about as we celebrate Easter are economic recovery, security, peaceful co-existence, health sector, national stability, state of anarchy, and good health for President Tinubu. NBM of Africa Condoles with Military, Condemns Killings; Caution Against Human Rights Violation in Okuoma Community

It is with heavy hearts that we, members of the NBM of Africa, express our deepest condolences to the military and condemn the  tragic event that occurred in Okuoma Community. Our thoughts are with the families and loved ones of those affected by this senseless violence.

The NBM of Africa stand firmly against any form of violence and condemn in the strongest terms, the loss of innocent lives. The ugly incident at Okuoma Community is one of such that must unite us of the need for peace and harmony in our communities.

We urge all parties involved to prioritize dialogue and peaceful resolution of conflicts. Resorting to violence only leads to further suffering and perpetuates a cycle of annihilation. The NBM of Africa calls for a thorough investigation into the circumstances surrounding these killings and for those responsible to be held accountable for their actions.

Furthermore, we emphasize the importance of upholding human rights in Okuoma Community and across Africa. The rights and dignity of every individual must be respected and protected, regardless of their background or affiliations. Any form of human rights violation is unacceptable and goes against the principles of justice and equality that we stand for.

While apprlauding steps taken so far to address forex volatility and the formation of Economic Team as well as re-opening of borders to ease suffering of the masses, he said, solutions such as Tax waivers for Businesses, especially, SMEs;  addressing epileptic power supply;  construction of and embarking on palliatives on major Federal roads that are in bad state; harmonisation and cordiality of fiscal and monetary policies for maximum economic impacts; tackling insecurity, escalating food price and so on should be prioritised. 

 

“We call upon President Tinubu to leverage his wealth of experience and leadership prowess to implement pragmatic policies that will stimulate economic growth, create job opportunities, and alleviate poverty. 

"Additionally, we urge his administration to intensify efforts to ensure all Nigerians' safety and security, safeguarding lives and property across the nation", he said.

He, however, pointed out that as stakeholders in the Nigerian project, NASRE pledges its unwavering support to President Tinubu's administration in its quest to build a prosperous and secure nation for present and future generations.

Cyberhackers: Dabiri-Erewa petitions IGP again, advices public not to fall prey to hackers of her X( formally Twitter ) Profile

 

Abuja, March 29, 2024: For an umpteenth time, Hon. Abike Dabiri-Erewa, Chairman/CEO, Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NIDCOM) has petitioned the Inspector General Police on the hacking of her x ( formerly Twitter ) Account and criminal usage of it by unidentified persons.

In the petition, which was personally written by her, she gave a vivid account of how her Twitter account was hijacked and impersonated by some criminally minded persons.

She said that her profile was being used to dupe some innocent Nigerians under the guise of interacting with her. 

Dabiri-Erewa therefore pleaded with the IG-P to use his good offices through the relevant departments to ensure recovery of her account and track down the hackers.

The petition is also to advise her numerous supporters and followers on x( Twitter)  not to fall prey to any request purportedly coming from her as the account had been hijacked despite using two-step security features.

For now, she is on Instagram only where her followers and friends can reach out to her.

She noted that several report to Elon Musk’s X has yielded no results wondering why  the owner of x could not put in extra efforts to safe guard the identity of its users.

EASTER: LAWMA Encourages Responsible Waste Management

 

As the Easter season approaches, the Lagos Waste Management Authority (LAWMA) has underscored the significance of ensuring a clean and sustainable environment, through responsible waste management practices.

Managing Director/CEO of LAWMA, Dr. Muyiwa Gbadegesin, in a statement released on Friday, called on residents to shun indiscriminate waste disposal and embrace recycling as integral components of their Easter festivities.

He said,"Easter symbolizes joy and renewal, but it also serves as a reminder of our duty to preserve the environment for future generations. LAWMA implores all residents to prioritize sustainable waste management practices during this festive period. By minimizing waste generation and actively participating in recycling efforts, we can collectively contribute to a cleaner, healthier environment."

“It is also important to highlight the need for residents to avoid food wastage and use only materials that can be reused, recycled, or repurposed, to minimize environmental impact. The Easter festivities provide an excellent opportunity for individuals and communities to demonstrate their commitment to environmental sustainability”, he stressed.

The LAWMA boss encouraged residents to make use of designated waste collection points and recycling facilities across Lagos State, adding that the Authority would continue to sensitise the populace on proper waste management during and after the celebration.

He said, “As part of our ongoing efforts to promote environmental sustainability, LAWMA has launched several initiatives aimed at encouraging recycling and waste reduction. These include community cleanup drives, awareness campaigns, and partnerships with local businesses and organisations. By working together and engaging in recycling practices, we can create a cleaner, healthier environment for all”.

While wishing Lagos residents a happy Easter celebration, he urged them to bag and containerise their waste, for fast and seamless evacuation by assigned PSP operators. He assured that the Authority would provide backup services to complement efforts of PSPs, urging motorists to drive with caution to safeguard the lives of sanitation workers carrying out their duties during this period.

$87m Theft Case: Abayomi Oluwasesan, Wife Re-arrested, Remanded In Prison As Court Demands Stringent Bail Conditions (Video)

 

Abayomi Segun Oluwasesan who allegedly committed the heinous crime of defrauding the leading global crypto space known as Afriq Arbitrage System has been Re-arrested alongside his wife and arraigned in Federal High court, Jabi in Abuja.

Abayomi and his wife were tracked to an estate in Lagos and brought back to Abuja on Sunday, March 24th, 2024 over the lingering financial scam to the tune of 87 million dollar and criminal activities he perpetrated against AAS and the CEO, Jesam Micheal.

The arraignment of Abayomi by the IG of police at the Federal High Court in Abuja witnessed a significant development on Thursday, March 28th, 2024, as the case involving the alleged theft of 87 million dollar  by Abayomi OluwaSesan charged by the Inspector General of Police, Kayode Egbetokun, proceeded with significant deliberations. 

The accused individuals were charged for purportedly accessing millions of subscribers' investments at the Afriq Arbitrage Company's online trading platform until October 9th, 2023.

In the courtroom presided over by Justice Ms. Idris, both parties, including the defendants' lawyer and the complainant lawyer Sidi Abdulrasheed, were present alongside individuals whose investments were affected by the alleged fraud at the Afriq Arbitrage Company. 

During the session,the defendants' lawyer appealed for bail on behalf of Abayomi OluwaSesan citing their prolonged detention and promising their availability for trial if granted bail. However, the complainant lawyer, Sidi Abdulrasheed, opposed the bail request, highlighting previous instances where the defendants had allegedly fled after being granted bail.

Upon hearing arguments from both sides, Justice Ms. Idris urged the parties to come to a consensus before he delivers his ruling.

He emphasised the importance of punctuality and adherence to court proceedings if bail were to be granted to the defendants.

After a brief recess, court proceedings resumed at 2:38 pm, with Justice Ms. Idris adjourning the case until April 18th, 2024. The judge mandated that the suspects remain in police custody until the specified date unless they meet stringent bail conditions. 

These conditions include providing two sureties each with 500 million Naira, owning property in Maitama, and also two directors in the federal civil service. Additionally, the sureties must deposit the title documents of their properties in court.

Justice Ms. Idris said the hearing will be April 29th and May 2nd 2024.

He reassured those present in the courtroom, including individuals affected by the case, of a fair and timely judgement. He affirmed his commitment to ensuring that the matter is resolved within the year, providing closure to those impacted by the alleged financial misconduct.

Speaking to Jesam Micheal the CEO of  Afriq Arbitrage Company's (AAC) after the court proceedings, he said he is Satisfied by the proceedings of the trial judge.

Lawmakers at the Lagos State House of Assembly took turns to speak glowingly of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Thursday as he marks his 72nd birthday on Friday.

The lawmakers commended the President for deciding on no-celebration of his birthday in consideration of the mood of the nation as, according to them, this was the mark of true leadership.

However, the lawmakers said it was important to celebrate the President's achievements while he was governor of Lagos and his current strides noting that his policies in the State have continued to put Lagos on the global map.

Speaker of the House, Rt. Hon. Mudashiru Obasa, while praying for good health and strength for the President, noted that the successes so far achieved by Lagos can be linked to Tinubu's wisdom and leadership capacity.

"When Asiwaju Tinubu became governor, we all know how much Lagos was earning. He successfully moved the revenue of the state from N600 million to over N8 billion in 2007. He also set in motion strategies for the upward progression of the revenue generation.

"This is not just about his birthday. It is a celebration of Lagos and where his policies have carried us. The Lagos Red Line rail project was unveiled recently and Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu reiterated that the achievement can be attributed to Asiwaju who created the Lagos Metropolitan Area Transport Authority (LAMATA) while he was governor," Dr. Obasa said.

The Speaker directed the Clerk of the House, Barr. Olalekan Onafeko, to transmit a congratulatory message to the President on behalf of the lawmakers, staff and management of the Assembly.

In his contribution, the Majority Leader of the House, Hon. Noheem Adams, prayed that the steps currently being taken by the President would bring Nigeria out of its challenges.

While the Deputy Majority Leader, Adedamola Richard Kasunmu, described Tinubu as a compassionate leader, Hon. Sa'ad Olumoh (Ajeromi-Ifelodun 1) said Tinubu's journey has been one of successes as seen in Lagos and his current administration at the centre. He prayed that the President's current policies will also be beneficial to every citizen.

On his part, Hon. Sylvester Ogunkelu (Epe 2) recalled how Obasa prayed in 2019 that Tinubu would be president adding that Tinubu had shown his leadership acumen by deciding not to celebrate this year's birthday.

Hon. Foluke Osafile (Amuwo Odofin 1) commended the President's current steps while Hon. Adewale Temitope (Ifako Ijaiye 1) prayed that God continue to direct Tinubu's paths and also keep Lagos lawmakers soaring.

COURT DISMISSES LAND SUIT AGAINST NIGERIAN BREWERIES

 

The Imo State High Court of Oru Judicial Division sitting at Mgbidi and 

presided over by his Lordship Hon. Justice Onyekachi has dismissed Suit 

No. HOU/71/2019, which was instituted by Chijioke Nwadika against 

Nigerian Breweries Plc in the said suit, the claimant Mr. Chijioke 

Nwadika prayed the court to declare that the entire Ama Ogbejelem farm land at Awo-omamma in Imo State where Nigerian Breweries Plc 

constructed it’s drainage for waste disposal at its Awo-omamma 

Breweries plant belongs to him and his family.

The claimant also sought the court to order Nigerian Breweries Plc. to remove the drainage system from the land and pay the sum of 

N500,000,000 (Five Hundred Million Naira) as damages for unpaid 

royalty, and destruction of the family’s economic trees as a result of 

disposal of waste through the drainage that runs through the claimant’s 

farm land as claimed.

The claimant Mr. Chijioke Nwadika was represented through-out the 

Suit by his counsel Damian Uneze Esq. who urged the court through his 

submission to grant the reliefs. Dr A.A Orunkoya Esq counsel to 

Nigerian Breweries Plc vehemently challenged the claims of the 

claimant and urged the court to dismiss the suit on grounds that the 

claimant failed to prove with empirical evidence the ownership of the and where Nigerian Breweries is situate or any part of it where the 

drainage system of Nigerian Breweries passed. 

It was his contention 

that the claim of Mr. Chijioke Nwadika is predicated on tittle; hence the 

onus was on him to prove ownership of the land before he can be 

entitled to any other relief or claim for damages connected to the land.

Dr. A.A Orunkoya Esq. further informed the court that the claim of Mr. Chijioke Nwadika was statute barred as the entire suit was centered on 

a contract he purported his father had with Nigerian Breweries in 1983 

whereas the action was instituted in 2019 in breach of limitation of 

Action Laws that requires actions founded on breach of contract to be 

instituted within six years.

The trial judge Hon. Justice Onyedikachi after considering the argument 

and evidence put before the court dismissed the suit in favour of 

Nigerian Breweries Plc. Dr. A.A. Orunkoya Esq defence counsel to 

Nigerian Breweries Plc while addressing the press after the judgment, 

reiterated that the judgment has further rekindled the hope of 

investors and corporate organizations to invest in rural communities. 

He stated that private companies are usually sued by unscrupulous 

persons in their host communities thereby discouraging investors. 

Dr. A.A Orunkoya Esq. further stated that the suit of Mr. chijioke 

Nwadika was capable of frustrating the continuous existence of the 

Nigerian Breweries in Awo- Omamma but because the claims lack 

merit, the court appreciated the issues of law that was canvassed as a defence and entered judgment in favour of Nigerian Breweries by dismissing the suit.
